The perfect colour first time!I have been searching for the perfect copper colour for my hair for the last couple of years as my own natural coppery colour is fading. Didn't hurt my hair!I have had my hair done and intermittently done my hair for years. While achieving my ideal color has been a little bit of a struggle, the actual formulation of the product is great. Not at all runny, and left my hair with body and shine. Didn't workI've dyed my hair red many times, a lot of different colors over the years, and this was the first time I had used dye in over a year and it did not work. I ordered a light red color for my medium brown hair and my hair ended up kind of a ruddy an darker brown tint. The roots were a much brighter red for about a week and then it faded. I'm not really sure why it didn't work for me. Also I got the volume shampoo and conditioner bottles and they make my head itch so that made the experience worse lol.
