Ordered six months ago just got brave to use it !!Should have tried it when I ordered it. It’s great and honestly do give it ago. I used to go to the salon every eight weeks. Got fed up when the hairstylist tried to do three others as well as me. Now no hastle it’s just me and my hair. Great match. You won’t be disappointed. OverwhelmedI have used this product twice before, loved it! But this last time the ammonia smell was so bad i was having a hard time breathing, i could not keep my eyes open they were burning so bad. I started to feel my head burning and i had to have my fiance come and help me get the color rinsed out of my hair. Absolutely Amazing!!!My colorist was very professional yet personable. She contacted me to suggest a color other than what I had ordered. She was absolutely right! It came out beautifully soft, shiny and healthy. Not too mention the color was an exact match of my natural color! An easy and inexpensive alternative to paying several hundreds of dollars at a salon. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you eSalon and I will definitely be ordering again! Fast forward to 11-16-2019, I recolored my hair with eSalon coloring kit. It was the wrong color and for root touch up only. Today I’ve got black hair, not light brown w/reddish highlights for the first to me in my life. Please don’t try eSalon because of the “money back guarantee if not completely satisfied” guarantee as Jen,a CSR at eSalon wasn’t apparently aware of it when I spoke to her at the advise of my daughter who always colors my hair for me. She was only interested in making sure I understood it was all my fault! Just don’t have displaced trust in eSalon because of the so called guarantee.
