poor qualityThis is terrible hair color. It doesn't cover even after leaving it on for 45 minutes. I have had the color reformulated twice -- still terrible. The first order I received was great but after that they have all been horrible. Maybe it's a trick to get a person hooked on the plan - send one good bottle and all the rest are junk. Don't waste your money! This is a terrible product. Now after spending 45 minutes coloring my hair I have to do it again to cover roots. What a joke. I wish I had never been so stupid as to purchase this product. Don't believe the ads - it's a terrible product.
