Don't expect a true customizationBe prepared to think thru the process for yourself. Its advertised they work with you and give u direction but they do not. Custom color setThe color is wonderful. My hair is very thick and curly. I did not have enough with just one bottle. There was no way to get another bottle while doing my hair. I have always used two bottles when coloring my hair. Disappointed with amount. So far so goodJe voulais légèrement éclaircir et réchauffer ma couleur après 10 ans sans coloration et un psoriasis du cuir chevelu. Résultat très satisfaisant. Love this product!I use this product in between my regular 12 week hair appointments and not only love saving the money but the color is a perfect match. Fantastic colorColored my roots this afternoon and it’s so natural. I have bleached hair mostly in front and just wanted a light natural brown to cover my roots and cover gray as well. My roots were to blonde until they grew out the lovely gray and dark brown.
