Best Product EverWhen rincing color out my hair was smooth, i could run my fingers through my hair, before shampooing and conditioner.. Same with the shampoo and conditioner.. I never had this happen before and I have very course hair.. You have a permanent new customer!. You all rock, dont know how you did it.. The packaging was spectacular, but the product is the brst i ever used, I am 65 so i have colored my hair for many years, but nevet had such a perfect covering of gray hair and cant believe you matched my hair color petfectly.. i know i am going to spread the word of esalon!!. The best color I ever already triedHi! Thanks so much for send me a new order cause I didn't received last one, maybe because of delivery fault I still don't know. Wow!I have a crazy schedule so I don't have time nor do I want to go sit in a salon for 4 hours to sometimes leave with the results I don't even like! eSalon was exactly what I needed! The instructions were simple & the color came out perfect! I can actually see the ash and my grays are almost hidden after my 1st application (should've used more color)! I love this custom colorThis is easy to apply and the custom color is beautiful. My hair feels soft and smooth. My hair smells great which is different than other hair color products which leave a chemical smell on my hair. Love this color and will continue to use. Great color, Thanks to the eSalon TeamThis was my first time using the eSalon custom color. What a great experience! Based on the notes and picture I provided, the eSalon Color Consultant suggested a lighter color that I selected; it was perfect. The personalized instructions were very helpful as were the videos.
