Perfect color and hides all my grays.My colorist is great but I would spend over two hours in the salon from start to finish to apply color to my roots every 5 to 6 weeks. Over the past 3 years I have spent thousands of dollars. After using e.salon, I will never go to my colorist again to color my roots. This product not only saves tons of money but more importantly I can apply this color at home and save hours of time which is more important to me at this point in my life. Just perfectThe quality of the colours are just fantastic. I had two red tones of colours before going back to a dark brown and I am just amazed at how beautiful the result is even with an addition of the three in the course of 9 months. Not worth the priceThe product is harder to use than your typical box root touch-up. For example, mixing the leftover color with water to rinse my hair is not the easiest thing to do- color everywhere! Plus, it didn't perfectly color my grays. I have to say that customer service was wonderful- canceled my subscription without any problems. Love it, and no more itchinessLove it, it is a great quality product. The box comes with everything you need and more. And don’t even get me started on the costumer support, absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! They go far and beyond to make you happy and satisfied. Best of all, store bought hair color used to give me the worst allergic reaction, itchiness beyond belief to the point of scratching until my scalp bled. Esalon color: NOTHING! Tolle Haarfarbe, leicht anzuwenden und das Ergebnis sind geschmeidige HaareEine Haarfarbe die eine tolle Konsistenz hat und dabei leicht anzuwenden ist. Das Ergebnis sind geschmeidige Haare. Selbst bei einem sehr hohen Weiss-Anteil, gute Abdeckung und brillante Farbe. Und falls gewünscht ist auch eine Anpassung der Farbe ganz einfach per Email an den Coloristen möglich. Das Abo ist prima, endlich kein hinterherlaufen nach "meiner Farbe", die dann mal wieder aus dem Sortiment genommen wurde. Red head perfectionI loved this color!!!! Perfect mix . Esalon has amazing customer service. The first red I ordered was too brown for me and not exactly what I envisioned.
