Color fried my hairI have used products a few times getting progressively darker. This time I again asked for a shade darker and followed the instructions exactly. My hair ended up a shade lighter and is extremely dry and brittle. No going backI love esalon! Genius concept and much cheaper than going to a regular salon. My hair dyes very easily, so that is helpful, but I get compliments on the tones of golden brown all the time. It also 100% covered my greys.
