Color still too brassyI had requested a color change because there was a lot of red in my color. My next order still pulled some red in my hair. It was a little brassy. Not greatThe end product was an ash brown, not what I was expecting. It may due to the fact I had gone grey for a few years and this was the first color. I’ve ordered from salon in the past and have been very pleased. So happy with this wonderful productI have received several shipments and I couldn't be more pleased. The color is perfect and it covers my gray much better than the store brands. OMG!At first I was hesitant to even try it but then I gave in and I am so glad I did. I got the color I wanted and with all the supplies readily available it was such an easy apply it was astonishing! I am so glad I am using this color process and will continue to use it and spread the word about how great it is...oh and the most important thing...my hair is in great condition because of it! It’s soft, shines like I was 18 and I get so many comments on my hair color that I have totally decided this is it for me!
