Great colourI was a little bit nervous when ordering for the first time but I needn't have worried. The colour kit arrived before the estimated delivery date & was very well packaged. The application instructions were clear & easy to follow. After application my hair felt & looked fuller and had a lovely shine. The reason for only 4 stars is because it came up a bit lighter than I was expecting, but I suppose it's trial and error until the right colour for me is achieved.
