Poor Customer ServiceShipping has taken over a week and I have an event that requires a color refresh by Sunday. UnimpressedColor was NOT as shown. Never received a call from a colorist to discuss my initial color order, as advertised. It does not cover gray well. The only positive thing is the gal who canceled my future orders was very pleasant. Overall it was a bad experience and exactly like buying drugstore color. I'll stick with John Frieda color. Dull & LifelessThe color didn't come out as light as I wanted and made my hair just look dull and feel lifeless. My normal colorist had to correct the disaster on my head. Amazing productHave been using these products for a few years now, amazing colours easy to apply does exactly what it says and customer service is second to none so if you're new to colouring your hair or looking for a change of product I would strongly recommend this company. GORGEOUS COLOR!!I absolutely LOVE this color! It is super rich and vibrant, without looking fake. I got tons of compliments from random strangers who definitely thought it was natural! I cannot believe how shiny and healthy it made my hair! I finally found the color for me! Première couleur sur mesureVous êtes sérieux : livraison, paquetage au top, fournitures de bon qualité ( gants et pinceau). J'ai suivi vos conseils et ma couleur est réussie, brillante seul bémol , mes racines sont légèrement plus claires. Je vais demander conseil à mon coloriste.
