Like first orderI love how my hair feels and looks after using the dye, and the grey coverage is amazing. The color isn't exactly what I expected, so I'm hoping it can be adjusted because the product is great and easy to use. Great matchI really like the color match. When I purchase hair color from the store I can never quite get it right. It’s either too cool or pulls red. If I go neutral it looks too mousy. DisapointedThe color was way off. Despite my pointing out in my initial order and 2 subsequent calls to tweak my color, that my hair pulled gold strongly, my color was extremely brassy.
