WOW!I asked for intensity, and a lovely pop of color (red) and by golly eSalon delivered! My red is SO vibrant, so full of light and saturated with rich color that I'm getting compliments daily! I. LOVE. IT! I also loved the detailed instructions, all the carefully packed items for all I needed, with everything totally goof-proof with step-by-step pictures and numbered items so I could not mess it up! Poor Gray coverage.....roots turned YELLOWThe color seemed to match very well where my roots are darker...It did not cover my white roots around my hairline very well.
