My Colourist is a Magician!My hair hair had lightened due to a south vacation. I'm normally a medium to medium dark red, but was now more a light medium red. I asked that my root custom colour set be changed and sent a picture to match the colours. WOW!!! The colour could not be more accurate to my lighter hair! I am thrilled! I was hesitant to do my roots as I was afraid it would not match, but it looks like it is seamless!! I also love the texture of the mix itself - it is thick and not runny at all which means no splattering on the walls or floor. There is also quite a bit more of the mix than a store bought kit so I always have enough for my long hair. Color SetIch bin eigentlich ganz zufrieden mit der Farbe! Deckt graue Haare gut ab, aber leider nicht lange! Müsste spätestens nach 3 Wochen schon wieder den Ansatz nachfärben! HORRIBLE ! LE COLORISTE N'A PAS DU TOUT RESPECTE L'AJUSTEMENT DE COULEUR DEMANDELe coloriste n'a pas du tout tenu compte de ma demande d'ajustement de couleur. J'avais demandé plus de rouge, moins de cuivré, et au lieu de cela, il a réduit le rouge et ajouté beaucoup d'acajou.
