AmazingI will never ever go back to box brands from the store. I took a picture of my before color and told them what i wanted and they did an amazing job! Matched it to a T. Not correct coloring.I specifically stated in my instructions that I was ordering the light ash blond because my hair has Gold and Red undertones and I wanted a light blond without any hints of those colors coming through. After coloring my hair was COMPLETELY GOLDEN. I'm extremely disappointed as I was a previous customer and came back to give them another shot and now I'm not sure what to do.
