Perfect colorNot only is the color perfect!, But the how to videos on line are very helpful. I have received so many compliments on my color. It doesn't smell so chemically, and the shampoo and conditioner that comes with it are awesome. I plan to purchase those in the future. Fabulous color & gray coverage!This covered my grays better than any color I’ve used in the past - home use or from a salon. I did experience some burning during the application process, towards the end, but it didn’t actually run me. The Custom Iterations are a winner for Demi colorBy the third iteration I had gotten the most natural ever so slightly golden blond color that matched my non gray hair and covered the grey. Hair looked like it did 30 years ago. Didn’t get the 18 to 21 shampoos though more like 14 before noticeably faded even though used good colorsafe shampoo 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
