I want my money back now. Including the shipping cost.I just finished coloring my hair with the esalon color sent to me to go from dark blinde to light blonde. Sludge my hairI dont know what happen or what went wrong, but this set made sludge on my scalp and I ended up calling for help as I was balling my eyes out. I struggled to remove it from my hair. I ended up having to use baby shampoo to get it out. And on top of it, it never looked any different. Best hair color EVERI've always colored my hair at home but it has never looked this perfect. I love the detailed instructions...I always fear how my growth (roots) are going to look but this product took my worries away.
