I love my eSalon color experience!I am an all gray, 40 year old that has been dying my hair for over 20 years now. So when I say I have used all the products out there and had many a salon visit under my belt, that’s the truth! . I, like most, cannot afford to get my hair done in a salon every 2-3 weeks like my roots require. eSalon has been a great experience in that I love the color, the dye covers my gray 100%, and the cost is affordable. Great color...gone in one wash!I LOVE the color and tried a second round to see if it was just a fluke the first time that the brilliant color I loved...it was gone immediately after I washed. I contacted a specialist for the next one, and was assured it would be more durable/permanent, but alas, I loved my new color again, and said goodbye to it after the first hair wash. My first color experienceI was extremely happy with this I will never go back to store box dye again! They contacted me first about opitions -so send in your picture if possible! The color is beautiful and it is just like salon color- I really like the application process and I cannot wait to do it again! The only down side I would say is that I have really long thick hair so I need more shampoo and conditioner then what they send and I feel they should send 3 pairs of gloves for the 3 steps. Works good - still needs tweakingThis color is working well for me. Since I have fine, delicate hair, I've been buying the "demi-permanent". Almost wish I could go fully permanent, as this color seems to wash out in the first week. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not Unhappy but Not Happy Customer😕I'm not that type of person/customer that bashes or makes complaints unless I am 110% Unhappy and there's no way of fixing the situation/problem/or product, first of all. Honestly, I'm just not real happy with the results, the color of my hair! I'm not putting blame on anyone, so on another note, your overall products and representation, all the products That I received I thought we're Awesome!! You didn't leave anything out! Everything was in the box that I needed to do my hair, And than some!! It was great to get started and not be gathering all the necessary items needed to color my hair!!
