Totally AmazedI thought I would try this novel way to get custom color. Guess what? I LOVE it. The items are very well packaged and I love the fact that the instructions, etc., are customized with my name! How cool is that. The color takes great. I have been coloring my hair for many years myself so am especially impressed at this system. I get professional results at home. And the support is fantastic. Great colorLove my color and it lasts longer..... but really I don't color my hair often. Maybe twice a year lol It's great tho if you color often, have a thick head of hair or love to change your color often. :) Go for it!! The peep show grayNot only was my hair extremely crunchy after I dyed it (needed much more conditioner than was given), I could still see my grays peeking through). Penny LaneMy hair started out blonde. I said that I was only coloring my roots. I followed the instructions to the letter. I ended up with copper (the color of pennies) roots. It was a disaster. I couldn't get to my hairdresser right away so I tried stripping out the color with head and shoulders and crushed vitamin c. I had to get an ash toner after that. Then I had to go to my hairdresser and spend over $100 to get my hair back to blonde. Please cancel my subscription ASAP and send me a letter confirming that no other color will be sent and there will be no further charges to my account.
