Residue left in hair.The reason I didn't give the product 5 stars is because the 2 times I have used it the color it has left a filmy white residue in my hair. The first time I used the color I had to wash my hair 6 times to eliminate the residue and 2 of those times I washed it with dish detergent because it felt very greasy. First use of eSalonI quite liked the colour achieved but I didn’t really feel that it was that much different from previous products that I’d used to be honest. I can’t really afford to keep colouring my hair this way. Not lastingLoved the color, but it didn’t last on the few greys. Not any longer than any of the other OTC colors. I don’t have many greys, but nothing seems to stick after the first wash or two. Color was too light at the roots.The kits were very nicely put together and when the color was not right before, they tried to correct the issue.
