I am super impressed with this product!I bought this product upon recommendation and can honestly say I am impressed. It delivers what it says it will do. The colour is perfect and close to my natural colour which is what I wanted. Its easy to use, with no toxic smells. Plus so easy to manage my subscription with no minimum criteria on how often I purchase; as I don't dye my hair that often. A great product!I'm so glad that I found eColor Salon! I've never been fussy about my hair - in fact, I stayed grey for many years. Until one day, I looked at myself and thought I looked so old. I've dyed my hair plenty of times - at home and in the salon - but I hated the total all over coverage and the fact that it would turn brassy. On a whim, I decided to try this out and I explained that I wanted some of my natural highlights to show through and that I wanted a very ashy color, but lighter, like my grey. The color was so easy and so good that my daughter didn't even notice until I told her and then she was so excited to see my new color. I really appreciate the directions and extra gloves. ImpressedI dyed my hair today, using esalon for the first time and I have to say, I am so happy with the results. Hopefully I will remain as pleased as time goes on after numerous washes, but so far, so good. I’m rather particular when it comes to my hair and so I’ve ended up doing it myself at home over the years, as I’m never happy after going to the hairdressers as they rarely give me the natural ashy brown I’m always seeking (my root colour) but esalon seem to have hit the nail on the head this time and I have already recommended to my mother. I added in photos and a note about what I was seeking and the process was quick and very easy. Easy to use and great colourI am so pleased with the colour my stylist created for me. It was really easy to apply and looked great. I have been using it for over a year and I am still as happy with it as I was with the first order. When I have wanted to make slight adjustments they were efficient and polite. Poor gray coverageFirst I’d like to start by saying the color wasn’t what I expected however it was not terrible and I’ve actually received some compliments, but I wanted to have a brown root with my already highlights with the goal being to secondly, cover my gray hair/re-growth. The color was actually the same color as my highlights so it lightened it and I still had a good amount of gray hairs showing (people didn’t notice but I did).
