Pleasantly surprisedAfter receiving a free custom ends refresher with my previous orders, I was a little worried I wouldn’t be as happy with the roots only colour for the same price. Especially because I dye my hair copper which has a tendency to fade fast. Having said that, I am really happy with the colour. There was enough dye to run it over the ends for the last 5-10 mins and it’s come out really nice. Thank you! Something Isn't Quite RightThough I love the color, there doesn't seem to be as much of it as there was before, so I find it difficult to saturate the areas that need a little more to tackle the stubborn grays. Thus, the grays at the hairline, particularly my temples, don't get the coverage they used to in previous applications. This has been happening for the last 3-4 applications. Also, I requested large gloves and got small in this last order, which barely fit my hand and made the application more difficult. Undertone was wrong :(I specified I wanted an ashed out demi permanenr as this is what i traditionally do every three months. The undertone for the colour I got is very red/warm Incredibly disappointing I did not go with my regular colour as now I will have to get my colour corrected to achieve my previous level of ash. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
