I love eSalon!This isn't my first rodeo :P I'm a very satisfied, long-time (since 2012) customer. I love my hair color. (thank you eSalon!) I could not get "this" hair color anywhere but eSalon. It's mixed just for me (thank you eSalon!) I love that my order gets delivered like clockwork. I never have to worry about my color being sold out. If I'm feeling feisty and want to change the color a bit, I just add some highlights. SIMPLE! The product is excellent, covers my stubborn grays and turns out shiny, healthy looking hair. The instructions are very easy to follow, and with eSalon's tools, you are set up for a win-win encounter with wonderful looking hair. If you're on the fence and can't decide, DO IT. Not Dark beige blonde, but reddy brownI have light brown and grey soft regrowth from highlights. I ordered dark beige blonde. Followed instructions exactly, left with reddy light brown tinge. It isn't terrible, it is blended, but it just isn't want i wanted. Still red tonesUnfortunately your adjustment did not get rid of the orange and red colours now it’s just a maroon red, I Appreciate everything you’ve tried but like I said ash colours are the only colour that works better for me which was my initial choice and which I’ve not been able to try per your choice . I would be willing to try the medium Ashbrown ,my initial choice at your cost. if this is unacceptable then I will just move on. I love itI have NEVER colored my own hair and I was nervous. With encouragement from friends I decided to try e-salon. So impressed with the attention to detail and customer care.
