Too Dark, What Shine?The shade I received was at least a shade or two darker than it looked online, and the rinse/massage step for extra shine did nothing. I've gotten far more shine from cheap drugstore brands. Covers GrayI have used “drug store” colors and had my hair professionally colored. Esalon is a great mix of both worlds. The convenience of at home, any time of day coloring with the color and quality of the color comparable to a Salon.
