Good gray coverageIt colored most of my grays, except the sides still look gray just after a few days. Another good thing about this color is the lack of smell. I was expecting softer and shinier hair than the result I received. Wrong colorThe color I was expecting to get and the color I received are completely different. My hair looks basically how it already looked alone which was natural. Amazed1st time user. I was very Skeptical about using an at home color since I’ve been going to a salon for 25 years. Since we have all been at home with the new social distancing and all hair salons have been closed I thought I would give this product a try and I was pleasantly surprised. Easy to use everything was explained step by step ,all the tools you needed were included in the box.I have to say my hair looks exactly the way it does when I come home from the salon ,soft with a beautiful shine and I did it by myself for a 1/4 of the cost. I like the idea that you had the option to upload a picture of your recent color for the colorist to go by . I am now on auto ship . I totally love it!I got my hair color weeks ago, which was fast on delivery... and last night I decided to do my hair! O M G.... I am in love with it, I’ve tried a lot of store brand products, and they all never can cover all my gray (esp in one certain place) and this product covered it! Loved the result!I loved the result. The instructions were easy to follow and it was amazing that the color turned out so natural looking! I have colored my hair a couple of times before so I was experienced.
