The undertones to the dark brown was too redI specifically explained my hair picks up a lot of red and wanted to make sure that didn't happen. I got the 20V dark brown/copper. Did not send enough product to color all my hair only rootsUsually when I go to the salon they do the roots first and then pull the color through the rest of my hair. First time using eSalonI received a call from esalon before the shipment, she gave me advice and we changed the color to a lighter shade also used a primer before the color as instructed. What a terrific surprise.I have a multi dimensional hair color. It is strawberry blonde. Of course we are all inside now so I am not able to do my 3 week root appointment. I saw this co. On the internet and decided to give it a go. I let my husband play hairdresser and apply it. I was overjoyed. The match was perfect. I have started emailing all of my friends. First time I was happy about something in weeks. NJ and NY have been hit the hardest. How much to be happy about something. Husband says "Perfect!"And I do too! Very impressed...was concerned I could not do it myself even with the step by step instructions but it works like a dream and for a bit of effort (and not overly messy) the results are outstanding. My stylist had cut back her hours before the pandemic and I had been commuting to another city and was soooo overdue! I had no idea what to expect but was overjoyed at the results...being an "older mom", about 10-15 years older than most of my friends, I need the gray coverage to look like "one of the girls" and not their mother! Great color!I was nervous when I was applying the color because it was supposed to be an ash dark brown and while I was applying it, it looked more like black with hints of blue! Excellente colorationJ'ai reçu ma commande rapidement et j'ai effectué ma coloration en suivant les instructions sans aucun souci.
