Color turned out nice. Process was messy and stressful.First time I have ever colored my own hair. I have friends and family who are professionals. With the quarantine, I figured I could handle myself, I followed directions carefully and got a good result. Like it but not exactly what I expectedThe process was easy enough. Difficult to see the back of my head and do what was needed. I like my new color. But it is more red briwn than ash brown. It's a nice red for me. . .I think. Now my brows really stand out. Not in a good way. Dont seem to go with my hair. Any ideas suggestions would be appreciated. Not happyI had canceled my membership due to the fact there wasn't enough dye sent after the 1st time. A couple of months later after constantly getting emails I decided to join again and they only sent 1 bottle rather then the 2 you receive when you 1st start. I have very long hair. Id I would have gotten the 2cd bottle for the 1st time I'd be happy due to the fact I havent colored my hair in months. So now im canceling again.
