Disappointing.I just received my second order, for $20 I got a small bottle for roots touch up instead of the full two bottles I would need to completely refresh the color for all my hair. I will have to use the ends touch up bottle I ordered separately, which is an extra cost, that should have gotten me to July, to get a full color done. I will be going to a salon supply store to match my color, and set up a subscription, which will be a fraction of the cost of Esalon. I understand you pay a little extra for the conveince of having everything you need to keep your color amazing delivered to your door, too bad you don't get all you need. Color is nothing like I described I wantedI noted several times I wanted a “yellow” blond. My first color was ashy. My second was a light dirty blond. I just colored my hair 3 days ago and it’s platinum blond, almost white. Love it! Salon at home!So, I must admit I was skeptical about how well this whole process was going to go. It just seemed too good to be true. However, after my first application, I'm a believer!
