Not the color I wanted and expectedThe online experience was fine (up to a point, see below). The product was beautifully packaged. My hair felt good afterward - texture, coverage was good. But the color itself wasn't the rich, vibrant red I had wanted and expected. I think if I could have talked live with a colorist it would have been better. First time with esalonFirst time using a custom colour set and I have to say it was just fabulous. The whole kit felt very personalised and more expensive than it cost. The delivery time was great considering the current circumstances.
