Waxy and stickyI have colored my hair for several years. Decided to try ESalon due to the positive reviews. I was so DISAPPOINTED. Followed the instructions to the finest of details. My hair ended up waxy and sticky. It was horrible. I called customer service and was told to wash my hair with my regular shampoo mixed with a palm full of baking soda. It helped some but not entirely. Will have to try again and hope it removes the rest of the residue. The color wasn’t exactly what I had hoped for either. Will not be using this product again. I love the colourJennifer from the customer service helped me with this colour change, she was patient and helped a lot to find out what is the best dye to reach my hairgoals. Radiant Bronze RedI so love this color. It took me a while to finally utilize my 1st shipment due to being way too busy. I am now totally hooked on your product. Please Don't!I have never wrote a review this bad, but this is worth it! This product made my hair super staticy, and a weird color at the roots, and they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but they just want to give you a credit, to do it again! Hell No!
