I was very happy - had to update my review - have used twice nowThe color that they sent was very close to my natural color. However there was some grey that it did not color. I know that some of the grey I have is resistant. But a very complete kit with everything you could possibly need. Several emails to follow up on my satisfaction. All this for less then what I tipped my colorist. I went to my stylist/colorist and of course the first thing she asked was who colored your hair. When I told her I did and where I purchased the product, she was quite surprised. First she asked did anybody help you (she knows I am a very low maintenance person when it comes to my hair care) and I told her no. She must have looked thru my thick hair (and a lot of it) for several minutes and said I cannot believe there is not one spot not covered and there usually are spots of color that are like blobs in certain areas when people do their own hair. She said I can see why you are going to keep using their products. She also said I hope they do not start offering Keritan products or you will only come in for haircuts. Exact matchExact match to my natural hair color! Only problem is that I was shooting for a shade or two lighter. If using brush to apply color, would purchase a better quality brush separately. Never as bright as I'm hopingI have adjusted my color a few different times and I can never get the proper colour I'm looking for. It doesn't even really stay for that long, even when I use the special shampoos and conditioners. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Didn’t likeThe color was awful. I ordered what I always order elsewhere but turned my hair black black black!!! I wanted brown. A pretty brown like your pictures showed. Great colorThis is the second color kit I received. The first one did not turn out the way I wanted it to, my colourist readjusted it for me and this one was perfect.
