Custom Color Set-Fell a little FlatThe odor from the ammonia was nauseating. I actually worried about potential health risks because the odor was so strong. I opened all my windows and decided I would try one application before I decided either way. The color didn't have any shine. Unlike when I go into the salon for a semi-permanent color it was very flat and my hair didn't feel soft. I am not sure that I will continue with this product. Missing ItemsI have been using eSalon for quiet a while and have been very pleased with the product. My box includes instructions, "mixing bottle with cap", color, box with 2 pair of gloves, stain remover, stain guard, shampoo, and "conditioner". This recent purchase did not have all of the following. Upon opening the box, I immediately noticed that the mixing bottle did not have the top on it, and instead of a shampoo and condition, I received 2 shampoos. I truly enjoy using the shampoo and conditioner because it makes my hair feel and smell amazing, but I was not able to use it this time due to not having it in the box. I am glad that I did clean and save a bottle from a previous order and was able to use the top from the other bottle.
