Fantastic hair color systemThank you esalon for creating a product that actually works. My hair is medium brown with many stubborn grays and whites. I prefer to be blonde and have always gone to a hairstylist to color my hair because the hair color needs to include a lightener in it for my brown roots. With COVID19 I was desperate so I ordered hair color and applied it and it worked!!! Over the counter hair color is not able to lighten my brown roots. It might color my whites but it is usually not able to cover my stubborn grays; hence, a dismal result. Great Color!Dear eSalon... I haven't been able to see my regular stylist for several weeks now so I was getting desperate, and when I discovered your website I decided to give you a try. I colored my hair last night with your custom color (for the first time), and my husband (who is an engineer, NOT a hair stylist) cut it immediately afterwards (another first). I love, love, LOVE the hair color I received from you, and the husband didn't do too badly, either! (See new photos I've included on my info page on your website.) Pleasantly Surprised!I was very skeptical to order hair color on line but, not been able to go to the salon to get my hair done due to the quarantine (Corona Virus) I decided to take a chance and order anyway. I was Pleasantly Surprised how well my hair color turned out . The color matched perfectly and it looks professionally done. I will continue to get my hair color from eSalon!!! so simple and beautiful!i just went from a light blonde to a dark brown and it turned out amazing! it was so easy to use and didn't take much time at all. everything is very personalized. Test réussi!Je n’avais jamais expérimenté la coloration à faire chez sois et surtout seule. Je ne suis pas déçue, le kit envoyé sur mesure fait sensation et il faut simplement suivre les instructions. De plus, le second kit pour les pointes et raviver les longueurs offert est au top. Avis couleur blond foncéLe packaging, l envoi de la couleur sont parfaits. La couleur a caché mes cheveux blancs ce que je recherchais en premier lieu. En revanche, il y a un reflet roux que je n aime pas trop. Je vais donc demander un réajustement au coloriste pour la prochaine fois. Color Me Happy!Color my own hair at home? This thought was giving me nightmares. No really, I was having bad dreams about how jacked-up my hair was going to look after doing color myself. I imaged hot roots and faded ends, dry, brittle texture, hair falling out in clumps. I am thrilled to share that my first experience coloring at home with eSalon was far from a nightmare: it was a dream come true. Being a redhead by choice, it can sometimes be a challenge to get a color I like, so I was very apprehensive about ordering color online: eSalon has made me a believer. Choosing my color through the online evaluation was easy. I appreciated that I was able to leave a note to my colorist about my concerns/needs, This note was obviously factored into the products and instructions shipped to me. The kit was very thorough, with everything needed for the process labeled clearly. It is a cute touch to have my name printed on items in the kit to make the experience even more personalized. I did a 4-step process that was explained thoroughly, including processing times. Because my hair had been lightened and my roots were dark (oh, and I have some gray around my hairline), I had to process the roots first, then the midshafts and ends, and then do an all-over massaging in of the ends color before rinsing and cleansing. I was worried about banding or hair not blending,but I am delighted to report that my hair looks and feels great. The color looks multidimensional and not monochrome or flat. There is a softness and shine that is very impressive, particularly after color processing: my hair feels healthy, not harmed. My spirits--and my hair--have really been given a boost.
