Easy to useThis is the second time I've used this product. I found the instructions easy to follow. I have longer/medium length thick hair. There was plenty of color to cover all my roots with some left to spare. My hair feels soft and there is shine. I'm used to going to the stylist and am nervous about coloring my own hair. but can't due the the COVID pandemic. This color is slightly darker thank I would normally use but since this is my second time using it on my roots I don't want to change. The color was absolutely perfect!The color was absolutely perfect--the exact shade I hoped for. My hair didn't come out dry requiring hours of moisturizing with coconut oil--it was very soft when I washed the coloring solution out. Hair felt GREAT afterwards!Not being an expert hair colorist, my hair turned out pretty awesome. After years of sitting back and relaxing while having my hair colored, I realized it’s not the easiest thing to do at home myself. Very HappyAlthough , I felt my hair came out more red than anticipated, I also realize the reds will fade in time more than any other color. The application was easy and instructions very easy to follow. I would like to add a a highlight order to my next ship date, but have been unable to find out how. Help! I posted a photo on my FB account and I had two friends that said they had been toying with the idea of ordering ..and you can now expect at LEAST two more clients! Thank you! Excellent!This was a revelation for me when we went into lockdown. For 30 years I had been going to my salon for everything, including a weekly wash and blow dry, believing that I could not manage my own hair. I have spent obscene amounts of money on my hair and my colour, which I believed could only be achieved professionally. By chance I stumbled on the eSalon website and thought, what the heck, what do I have to lose? Being somewhat sceptical but looking at my every lengthening grey roots, I ordered my custom colour. I watched every tutorial eSalon had on youtube and read my instructions meticulously. The mixing of the product was easy and application was somewhat less easy, but manageable, I think practice makes perfect. I decided to use the brush and bowl method of application as I think it is more precise. Its not easy to do the back but I think this product is very forgiving. The results were astounding! Every grey hair was covered and the colour, although needed tweaking a little, was beautiful. I have a rich mahogany with red tones. I have messaged my colourist and asked for more red in the shade, so watch this space and we will see how it turns out in 6 weeks. I also invested in GHD's and a great hairdryer and I blow dry my own hair much better than my hairdresser. Who would've thought? This is seriously a top drawer company, with top drawer products. My hair is shiny, bouncy and looks fantastic. I was paying £150 every 6 weeks to have my colour done! Its strange how we adapt when we have to. My most recent color is my favorite formula so far!I’m wanting to touch up my roots at home due to Covid-19. I’ve had to try a few adjustments in the past but this last one darkest brown and 10V neutralizer has been the best color matching.
