Off a Few ShadesI was embarrassed when I saw the color. It was not what I expected and I tried hard to make sure that I provided pictures and information to get the right shade or very close to it. Extremely disappointed with the colorI was so excited for my color to get here because it was “created for me”. My color choice was darkest brown mahogany copper stated my color was soft black and from the color match it SHOULD have been just as the description of my color selection . But I ended up with blackest black !! I never was that dark as a kid....it’s as if I walk into any store and purchased an inexpensive boxed color. Sold on this product!The color is great and it doesn't fade! It's every bit as good as what I get in a salon and much better than the store bought brand I had been using. I highly recommend this product. Update: it seems like the recent change in the formula fades more at the roots. I like the creamier consistency of the new formula better and I like the color, but I think I notice fading. Great customer service - color runs dark and smell is a bit strongThe package and instructions were clear and not hard to do. The smell of the product is strong and color is almost black instead of a rich brown . Bin 100% überzeugtDas Konzept hat mich auf jeden Fall überzeugt! Der Bestellvorgang ist gut strukturiert, die Farbauswahl-, zusammenstellung, -anpassung wirklich wie beim Friseur. Ich mochte das sehr. Das Paket, das man dann erhält ist liebvoll zusammengestellt, alles sehr anschaulich und gut erklärt. Das Auftragen ist wie bei jedem anderen Haarfärbe-Produkt, ist eben auch ein bisschen Übungssache ;-) Aber das Ergebnis hat mich absolut umgehauen, überzeugt, ich liebe es!
