Disappointing!I ordered the bright copper and was excited regarding the product as it had good reviews in comparison to shop box dies. The packaging and content was great, nicely packaged and cute little shampoos and conditioner and even a stain remover and guard. The product in itself was bang average. I have a lot of grey to cover which i noted on ordering. The colour didn't even last 4 washes on my roots and they grey came back through very quickly leaving me with a glarey root and darker ends. Love love ESalon.I’ve been a customer for five years now I think. I only have incredible things to say about not only the products, but the people working there. I recently had an issue and the customer service I received was amazing. My colorist went out of her way to help me and I just can’t say thank you enough. I will never buy hair color anywhere again. I have been coloring my hair for probably 36 or so years now. I worked in a salon at one point doing color and I’m just so impressed with this company. My new color formulation was perfect, because I was changing my color. They even sent me a double amount because I have long hair, it was just such an amazing experience. Thank you E Salon for being so amazing and taking such good care of me. No wonder you’re voted top of the line each year in the awards.
