good colorI like the color. I also like the service-arrives reliably. It is difficult for me to do root touch up following the directions given as my hair is thick. Last time tried putting hair in many small scrunched up pony tails and applying around each. That worked better. Beautiful hair colour.I was desperate for a hair colour that suited me that had a nice warm tone to it. The colour stylist on èsalon made a colour up for me that she thought would best suit my requirements. I am not disappointed by the result at all,in fact I am forever grateful to their team for developing a fantastic colour for me. I have had no end of compliments for my colour and how much better the condition is and how shiny it is. It suits me so much better. I would highly recommend esalon and their team of colourists to get you the colour you're looking for. Brilliant is all I can say.
