Great for matching my roots to the blond highlights.I have an even all over coverage you can’t tell that it was previously highlighted. My roots were about 3 inches. The only problem I had was this color was just to dark. I thought it would be more of a medium type brown but it is a darker brown. I did call and they added a credit to my account and she gave me some tips on getting it to lighten up some so that I can dye it a lighter brown. The customer service is amazing. It was super easy to dye my hair myself took less than an hour total including processing time. Too brassyI’m not impressed with my hair. My roots are brassy and don’t match my blonde highlights. I followed your step by step guide, but still it is orange and not blonde. I’ve had to use purple toner shampoo and conditioner, slightly better but it’s still not good enough. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Colour dyeThe new formula without the silicone is not as good . it doesn't dye the hair as well or condition it as much and colour does not last as long. Can you please give me the old formular. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not what I expectedThe colour I got was quite brassy and I had specifically asked for ash tones. I ordered a colour from E Salon to try and did NOT realise that I would be getting another colour sent to me un-requested a month or so later! Upon contacting the company I was told that I had agreed to this (don't know when or How ??) but could return the unwanted colour for a refund, Unfortunately I had to pay the return P&P so was out of pocket! I found the whole E Salon experience unsatisfactory. BEWARE when you are ordering the first time that you don't subsequently find you will be getting a regular Hair colour and the price on the 2nd and subsequent orders is £23.95!!!
