Perfection!I just can't believe how my hair turned out! It's the EXACT color I've been trying to achieve at multiple salons over the past year!!! I have shown up to so many salon appts with a picture from Pinterest - showing a very simple light brown color that's more on the golden side (Not ash) but not brassy. I've either come out too dark or too light. Does everybody see colors differently??? It's like that photo of a dress that went around the internet few years ago that some people saw as white/gold and others as blue/black! Because of this crazy time and Covid 19, I was forced to take matters into my own hands and I couldn't be happier with my results. Great Experience!Over the years, I have chosen not to color my own hair since I doubted my ability to do a competent and professional looking job. However, after watching my hair grow out during these weeks of self-isolation, I decided it was time to overcome my concerns. I selected "eSalon" because of the comprehensive approach to helping a customer through the coloring process. From beginning to end my expectations were met. The survey questions, how to videos, instructions and the custom color set containing quality materials all combined to achieve the result I was hoping it would. My grey roots were covered and my overall hair color closely replicated my usual salon color. The only difficulty I encountered was caused by the fact that I have very fine and fairly short hair. I had problems sectioning my hair and using the bottle application on the roots - especially in the back of my head. Next time, I will use the brush to apply the product. Potentially, this will be a better approach to root coverage. Wow! Worth every cent if you don't have gray issuesColored my hair yesterday and it looks wonderful. Soft & Shiny!!! Coloration racinesPour une première expérience c'est très réussi, la couleur est parfaite,exactement ce que je voulais, et très bonne couverture des cheveux blancs , comme la préparation a tardé à venir, à cause du covid,,un petit geste commercial de 10 euros pour une prochaine commande,je garde l'abonnement surtout que l'on peut tout modifier quand on veut. Great product not for meI wish I could give you 5 stars. Loved the color, but I could not keep it on the required time because the smell was too strong and affected my breathing.
