Almost Perfect!!!!I sent a pic of what my natural color was before it starting aging out. Y’all sent me the personalized color. It is almost exactly what my natural was. I am so thrilled! This not only gives you a great experience in defining your personal colour but is a brilliant product, from mixing and applying the thick lush dye to washing off and blow drying- brilliant! What a fabuous service!This is a game changer for the gal that likes the DIY. I'm done with spending 3x the price at the salon to get the same result that I get with eSalon. For someone who strictly wants to touch up their roots, this is the future! Great company. Colorists really review your photos and look at what you want to achieve. Pretty goodOverall I like the product. It was a true medium blonde. My roots are a bit brassy and didn’t lighten as much as I wanted (you can still see them faintly) but it’s better than it was for sure. I like the color through the rest of my hair, and you can still see some of my previous highlights coming through. I plan to use again and maybe have it toned cooler and maybe darker so my roots blend more easily and with less brassiness.
