Good color and shine but way too much product to rinse outI like the color and shine, but not the process. The product turns into a waxy goo when I rinse with water. The residue collects under my fingernails as I try to rinse and remove the product with shampoo. When just refreshing the roots, it requires 20 minutes of rinsing, followed by 2 - 3 shampoos, and there is still residue. I recently wanted more coverage, so used half the product at once. I ended up shampooing 5 times and was in the shower for more than half an hour scrubbing my scalp. I am getting tired of this every time I color my hair... I even bought a silicon scalp massager to help with the back of my head. If you can fix that one problem of residue, I will be much happier. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

I am not pleased with this service at all!!!! Cannot get them to stop sending!!!I have contacted them multiple times to stop the service due to the color being incorrect and I didn't feel like it held up well. After multiple emails and charged yet again and probably 4 colors in the trash unused I am still being charged!!!! And still NO response. This is a scam. 6 of 6 people found this review helpful. Dried my hair outUnfortunately I didn’t like how the dye dried my hair out. Also the dye did not last as long as I would like to have had it last.
