eSalon to the rescue during quarantineI usually have my root touch up every 4 weeks with my colorist and have been in isolation for 7 weeks now. Needed to cover the grays. Color came out as expected. The only complaint I have is that the colorist emailed me and expressed that the color was darker then my current color. I responded to the message explaining that my regular colorist gave me specific instructions on color and to keep what I ordered. No one ever responded to my message and it was shipped out a few days later without acknowledging my email. Great set and colour through the lengthsI think it's a really useful set and super easy to use. My only negative is that my roots have come out too dark and too brown for the colour through the lengths. Waaaaay darker brown that I have ever been. First purchaseThis was my first purchase through Esalon. The product is good and easy to use instructions but the overall colour finish is lighter than a dark brown with mahogany red.
