First purchaseThis was my first purchase through Esalon. The product is good and easy to use instructions but the overall colour finish is lighter than a dark brown with mahogany red. Terrible service, do not recommendI received my first order from ESalon-did not cover gray and what did cover turned brown hair blond! Esalon said I should throw entire contents out and would send me a new order. New order received-did NOT cover the gray and little that did turned red--back to zero. Told to throw it all out and they would gladly send new order with directions to keep dye on longer. New order arrived with NO brush! When I called to inquire, they said they don't supply brushes! Turned my roots a brassy orange colour :(The ends of my hair are ok - and came out as the ash brown/blonde i wanted, but my roots are brassy, copper orange colour :( Not impressed! and not sure how to fix this now... disappointed after waiting for a month for it to arrive. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

So disappointed!I did not receive what I wanted, which was all over color and lighten a teeny tiny bit. I got Roots Only! So they think it's a good idea to just lighten my roots. When I contacted them about this they said that was the best way to do this so. I thought these were professional stylist??? There's also no way to respond to my stylist or the person that just sent me a message. I have to go back in and start all over again with somebody new that will get my message. I would like to get my money back even though it was only $10.
