Covers the gray!Due to Covid 19 I could not go to my favorite hair salon!I am blonde and looking very dusty on top. So my daughter suggested esalon. It is great! The service was excellent, I got my product quickly with easy instructions. I was a bit afraid, but it was so easy and it matched perfectly!! Easier than going to the salon!Really easy instructions, enough to colour all my hair even though I have thick hair, instructions really good and easy to follow!. Color SetDie Farbe ist wunderschön und das Haar glänzt toll. Das Paket ist perfekt gepackt, außer einem Umhang/Handtuch ist nichts mehr nötig. Great qualityI was very pleased with my color kit and the company generally. I have never ever colored my hair on my own before, I've always gone to salons. I completed the questionnaire and uploaded a photo. The colorist assigned to me emailed me to say that she thought I may have chosen to dark of a color and she was going to lighten it unless I objected - I didn't. I received the box - the packaging is super cute, pink inside with a poem on the cover when you open it. I loved how the products were labeled "Stacey's Color" and "Stacey's Instructions." The instructions were easy to follow. I went into this expecting the worse as it's not something I've ever done before but my hair came out really great!.....as good as my stylist (which I know sounds unbelievable but it's true). LOVE -- VERY happy with this product!!First time user -- I was a little anxious about the whole process. It is a challenge to get the back but doable. Somewhat messy and it did take me a long time to do my whole head but I'm sure I'll get quicker the more I do it. Super customer service and easy access to speak with a very helpful colorist. My hair is soft and shiny. Will definitely keep using this product especially since it's 1/3 the cost of going to a salon + no tip.
