My first timeThis was my first time using this product, as well as coloring my roots myself. The instructions were very clear, and I’m happy with the results, other than the color has just a tiny bit too much gold in it. I get my hair highlighted and this did not mess with that effect. Did not work for meI ordered a different colour to my usual colour. I explained I had tough grey roots and that I had long hair that I had dyed darkest brown so much the ends look black. Very goodThis was my first try and my husband did the application. We had fun doing it!! The color was a great match, the instructions were excellent, and the initial results were amazing. I have noticed after the first week that the color is fading over the gray. Ravie !Je voulais passer d’un blond clair doré à un blond foncé, presque un marron à vrai dire...j’ai été stoppée dans mon élan par les conseils des coloristes qui m’ont encouragée à être plus modérée pour éviter toute déception ... ils m’ont proposé une teinte et j’adore ! I was SO on the fence about trying it...As soon as I ordered my color I regretted it. I was so nervous it wasn’t going to look right and I would end up spending hundreds of dollars to reverse it. BUT - wow...the color formulation was PERFECT for me. This is the color I always try to achieve in the salon but it never comes out exactly how I like it. I went from $185 plus tax for roots and gloss to $12 my first go. I did receive the ends color as a promotional gift for my first order but did not choose to use it. I have had balayage done before and I prefer a semi permanent gloss. What was sent was permanent and I didn’t want to make it impossible to highlight again if I do choose to. Covered all my greys!! This is day 2 and I have yet to wash my hair so I don’t know how long it will last but so far I love. Beautiful color and conditionYour team provided me with a customized formula that was very nice. As most are aware, my hairdresser is closed due to Covid 19 so I had to find another solution. I had heard of eSalon on various tv shows. My stlist uses a "cream" tube color because of my abundance of white/gray hair especially around the front and top of my head. The coverage was good the first week or 2 but seems to be fading which is understandable with a liquid color. I did allow it to develop 45 mins before bring through my ends.
