Happy with my revised color!This new updated color is exactly the color I wanted! Very pleased with it, however, I have a lot of thick hair, so I didn’t have enough more solution to fully coat my hair. Wrong mixAccording to the number and the picture you offered in the pixture chart, my hair had to turn out medium ginger. But I got dark brown with purple sheen, that washed out after 2 weeks and only then it had slightly gingery sheen. Regardless of that I have dark brown hair now. Also, no colour number is to be seen in my order. When my hair dresser asked for the number, I found it nowhere in my account orders. And I had to start a false start of a profile to choose the shade I'd want to show the hairdresser the colour chart you give to choose from. As obviously it wasn't allowed to take a screenshot, was it? The hairdresser said the tone in the chart doesn't match the actual mix. LOVED THE COLOR BUT GRAY COVERAGE LASTED ONLY 2 WEEKS.Followed the exact directions and all gray coverage has pretty much faded in only 18 days. I only wash my hair 2x a week - condition every other day. I wanted to love this to stop using store box color but with these results, I'm going back. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. So unhappyI would’ve given no stars, but I had to give 1 star to leave a review. I ordered permanent dye to cover my grays, color “soft black.” I am so u happy with how my hair feels and looks. It feels very dry and the most unhealthy it’s felt in years (and I’ve been dying my gray roots for a while). It looks lighter at my roots with a red tint (never indicated wanting even a hint of red or wanting red in the base), as if the dye lightened my hair and didn’t put in any color. Many of my grays aren’t even covered and my ends are darker than my roots. I’m very disappointed and totally regret using this dye/brand. Honestly, I don’t know what to do from here to fix it because the last thing I want to do is put more dye on my damaged hair. At the very least, I expect a full refund for what I spent on the product. I will not recommend this to others.
