Wrong ColorMy color turned out to be nothing like the color I sent in the pictures. I requested an adjustment for my next order and am hopeful the new color will be right. On the positive side, the directions were easy to follow. I liked that it covered my gray completely. I placed my order on April 6, 2020. Root coverageSo I followed the directions to a T but my roots look like no color was applied to them. I don’t know it’s it because it wasn’t enough time for the color to deposit because 10 minutes then 5 minutes isn’t really anytime at all. It Looks Really Great!Color looks great, not too dark and NO BRASS! Slightly Auburn tint to area that has never been colored but I like it. The only way to get my hair to color without any red at all is to bleach, then color, which eats my thin hair to bits. Instructions were great, truly appreciated the stuff for the ends...they don't look over colored at all. Thanks to my colorist, Cystella! Tolle Farbe!Trotz meiner empfindlichen Kopfhaut habe ich die Farbe sehr gut vertragen. Die Farbmenge war fast zuviel für meine Ansatzfärbung, könnte sogar etwas weniger sein :-) Was man etwas überdenken könnte: Die vielen kleinen Verpackungen und der Plastikmüll. Den Pinsel brauche ich auch nicht jedes Mal, das sollte nur im Starter-Set dabei sein! Ich bin mir fast sicher, dass man es umweltfreundlich verbessern könnte.
