personalized serviceI got 2 color boxes and didn't use them. I thought I could just combine the color boxes and have enough for ends and roots. Checked with the customer service people and next color set I got had 1 color part for ends and 1 color part for roots. Perfect match!I’m jut blown away by not only the quality of the products/packaging but more importantly the results. I did a root touch up of a grey skunk hairline. I had previous highlights and most recently a drugstore touch up. The drugstore kits always had me ending up way darker than I wanted or too light with a tinted but not quite gone covered skunk stripe. This absolutely had me feeling like I just left the salon. The littlest details like a sticker to hang instructions on the mirror in front of you, the detailed instructions of how exactly to rinse, and the superior quality of the color itself has me kicking myself for not doing this sooner. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. DisappointedThis was my second order, which was supposed to be reformulated for better grey coverage. I assumed it was the same color however, it was much darker after applied. Did almost the opposite of what I wantedMy hair was dyed a warmer toned brown about 3 months ago. My roots were growing in pretty badly (naturally a light ashy color). I ordered medium ash brown. Followed the directions EXACTLY..my roots turned GOLD and the rest of my hair is just a darker warm brown. Didn’t do much for the shine and softness of my hair, but I’m way more concerned about this awful color. How does an ashy toned dye make roots GOLD? 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
