The color looks fine, my hair looks awful!I noticed the first time I used this products that my hair was very very dry and dull but I decided to give it a chance.. But after the second time... Didn’t do a thingI followed the step by step instructions and my hair looks like exactly the same prior to coloring. I cancelled my subscription today. Not the neutral colorI wanted an ash base. My roots are strawberry blonde. This is not at all in the neighborhood of the color I requested. Wrong ColorMy color turned out to be nothing like the color I sent in the pictures. I requested an adjustment for my next order and am hopeful the new color will be right. On the positive side, the directions were easy to follow. I liked that it covered my gray completely. I placed my order on April 6, 2020.
