Orange is not flatteringThis color was very warm in a very unflattering way. Lots of reddish tones, which I had noted was my biggest concern. I also did the light set, which came out in a very unflattering orange tone. I emailed eSalon but no one has contacted me regarding my ugly hair. Update: I was contacted by my colorist to try and remedy the situation. She is sending free: tint rinse for the brassiness and a new highlight kit. I will try it again! Not what I wanted at allI was very surprised to receive only root colour. When I was asked about how I currently have my hair coloured in the salon, I answered highlights so expected that is what I would receive. Product didn't cover my white roots very well.I was a little disappointed that my white roots didn't take the color well. I'll give it one more try to see if it improves. Did not cover root greys.I have used esalon in the past and liked how it worked, however this time I was not happy at all. The main reason I color my hair is because of my grey hair and it did not cover all my grey, even though I left it on for longer. I was really unhappy and I chose not to order again. The color looks fine, my hair looks awful!I noticed the first time I used this products that my hair was very very dry and dull but I decided to give it a chance.. But after the second time... Didn’t do a thingI followed the step by step instructions and my hair looks like exactly the same prior to coloring. I cancelled my subscription today.
