Great Color!I've been using these products for about 6 months now and I must say that my hair looks great! The color does not fade away as fast as store bought products and it keeps truer to color until the next coloring. I am also very satisfied with the gray coverage I get. Was hard for me to believe.I was nervous and worried about A) ordering this product online B) actually doing it myself C) most importantly, my hair not turning a scary color. Not only did all three scenarios turn out fine, I LOVED it. My hair looks awesome and according to my skeptical southern mother "your hair looks 10 times better than when you get it done at the beauty shop!" First time coloring hairHi, I'm 64 and have never colored my hair. You are correct if you're assuming I have some gray hair. (Do to my age, right?) Didn't really know what to expect...I did know if this was a disaster, eSalon would help me get it right. Their customer support is amazing. I was starting to panic about the color I chose so I called customer support. The person that answered was so nice reassuring and helped me order another color. I left the conversation with quite a bit more confidence I made a good choice on color. My girlfriend helped with the application and it came out perfect. Not all of the gray was colored, however I was pleased with the outcome. My hair looked so natural that none of my friends even knew I colored my hair!!! Now that I have a total of one hair coloring experience under my belt, I decided to take a chance to have eSalon add a bit of red to the formula. Wonderful!!I hade red hair naturally and those with red hair know how rough it is to match their natural color. Well Esalon matched it perfectly and the quality of their hair color is the best I have ever tried.
